Enjoy a relaxing, quiet meal or sip cocktails with friends and family. With three seating areas spread across the deck, you have lots of entertainment options to choose from.

Amenities

The main seating area of the deck is a large lounge that seats up to 8 people comfortably where you can spend a lazy afternoon sipping cocktails. There is storage for all seat cushions to keep them dry when the weather turns wet.

Additionally, there is a dining area with seating for up to 8 people to enjoy a meal or or play a card or board game for hours on end.

There is another area with seating for up to 4 people to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon.

Finally, there is a lower patio just off the dining area that has a large, stainless steel, gas grill, with all the grill utensils you will ever need to grill steaks,  vegetables, fish or whatever your heart desires.

At the base of the deck, there is ample storage behind the deck doors for bikes and beach gear.

For beach-goers, Burch House provides three beach chairs and abundant beach towels for your trips to all the nearby beaches.
